TECMAQ nuevamente expositor en la Feria internacional de envoltura y empaque, EXPOPACK 2008, en la ciudad de México. Celebramos 11 años siendo participes de magno evento en nuestro país.

Gracias al esfuerzo de nuestro equipo se expuso una nueva máquina de envoltura tipo Flowpack Compacta, la cual otorga la eficacia y velocidad que la de mayor tamaño, pero en una versión más pequeña.

Agradecemos la presencia de nuestros amigos y colegas en nuestro stand, y esperamos que el interés mostrado por los nuevos contactos forje puentes sólidos para exitosas relaciones de negocios en el futuro.

EXTRUDER FOR GUM AND CHEWY CANDIES

The TECMAQ extruders are designed for extruding chewing gum, bubble gum, chewy paste and all extrudable pastes.

An even feed is ensured by 2 rollers mounted in the feeding hopper. This principle allows constant volumetric feeding; two pressure screws guarantee a regular extrusion of the gum for good and efficient operation.

The compression chamber can be equipped with different channels allowing either the extrusion of strip sore ropes (solid, hollow or filling with powder).

Extruders are fitted with a heating or cooling water system.

Hollow rope is produced in a special channel by injecting air at low pressure into the space provided by the form of extrusion, in order to maintain a perfectly cylindrical shape without collapse. The air is supplied by a fan which forms integral part of the machine.

FILLING

With powder..

The filling with powder is achieved by a distribution system action against the level of the air injection into the rope. The system maintain the powder in a free flowing condition and a delivery nozzle with control valve.

It is mounted on top of the compression chamber.

With semi liquid materials.

The filling is achieved through a volumetric puma, connected to the top part of the compression chamber. The dosing is controlled by invert variable speed.

The extruders are operated by motor reducer and invert variable speed.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

The rolling and scoring machine is integrated of the following equipment and features:

Extruder.
Transporter conveyor from the extruder to the first rolling station.
Powder system placed on the inlet of the rolling machine one for lower distributor for carrying belt another for upper distributor for gum ribbon.
Metal detector placed on the carrying belt.
Rollin stations the line is equipped with 4 rolling stations for rolling and scoring machines of 7” 9” and 12” W. And 5 rolling stations for rolling and scoring machines of 15” and 18” W.
Brushing device placed between station 2 and 3.
Cutting stations the line is equipped with 2 cutting stations.
Independent drive for each rolling and cutting stations.
The gap and speed of the rolling and cutting stations can be regulated separately as well as together.
Scrap return conveyor to the extruder only for the rolling and scoring machines of 12”, 15” and 18” W.

TECMAQ is glad to introduce a high wrapping of dragees on edge machine model 06-CC-4s to
06-CC-12s. Automatically feed and fold wrapping machine for wrapping of 4 to 12 chewing gum Chiclets at speeds of 200 packages per minute.
Complete wrap in the traditional double-point end-fold style.

PRODUCT SIZE

Length: 18 - 25 mm. Length: 15 - 80 mm.

Description of operation:

Products (dragees) are loaded into stainless steel feed hopper.
Precision feed system allows dragees to orient on-edge automatically from feed hopper and 2 vibrating channels with rotary brushes.
Dragees queued up in feed chute into position to be transferred into the wrapping station.
“Life Shoe” separates dragees into position in front of wrapping material.
Pusher plate pushes the dragees through wrapping material and into overwrap “tumble Wheel”.
Over wrapped package exits “tumble Wheel” and is pushed through the end folder mechanism.
Long seam seal is made by heat.
Folders are heated for sealing of the end seals.
Finished packages are discharged via a flan to a solid plate where the package are queued for hand-packing.

TECMAQ Máquina Emboladora (BALL FORMING MACHINE FOR BUBBLE GUM AND CHEWY CANDIES)

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

Machine without extruder.
The in feed of the machine is composed of a conveyor belt lengthened by two equalizer sets and a rotative powdering device, located before the equalizers, is used tu prevent the rope from sticking to the belt.

Cutting system with preflattening. These system assures the perfect sealing of the rope sides, avoiding leakage of the filling.
The process part consists of a product in feed belt on top of which there is a pneumatic pusher to transfer each product portion into an intermediate pneumatically operated storing flap. An automatic synchronization allows the introduction of the rope into the forming rollers.

Equipped with one set of foaming rollers which can be of different shapes of both solid and products filled with powder, granulates and semi-liquid filling.
Automation and integral control. Movements operated by servomotors, all the different adjustments are carried through a touch screen display.

Other functions accessible trough the touch screen display are:

Access to speed an timing.

Synchronizing adjustments of the main movements.

Storing in memory of different formats.

VIBRATING COOLING TABLE

The rolled products coming from the ball forming machine are constantly kept in motion in the cooling table and cooled down.

Inside the cooling table a perforated plate is mounted on rotating elements keeping the products in a rotatory motion. The rotation speed of the steel plate can be varied in the range of 1:6 by jeans of a potentiometer.

Underneath the perforated plate two fans are installed and are constantly blowing air through this plate an thus air cooling down the products. A full size air refrigerating unit can be mounted on top of the cooling table it is supplied by the customer.
